May 2009  Singapore   Cables International Awarded Top Position in Singapore SME Top 500 Awards for Second Year!

For the second year running, Cables International has secured top awards in the prestigious Singapore SME 500 Growth Excellence Recognition 2009 award ceremony at the Fullerton Hotel on May 29th, 2009.

Following last year’s success as Singapore’s top Internationalising SME, the company has again retained this award in 2009 and was further awarded the SME Growth Excellence for Sales/Turnover.2009.

They are the winners of the 2009 SME Growth Excellence Recognition which identifies companies with outstanding levels of growth in turnover, profits or international sales, as well as companies that have made outstanding improvements in their credit standing.

To identify the SME Growth Excellence winners, only unqualified audited financial results are used and compared to a stringent set of criteria.

The SME Growth Excellence Recognition is co-organised by DP Information Group (DP Info) and HSBC Singapore. The Recognition is supported by the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, IE Singapore and SPRING Singapore.

It is extremely difficult to qualify for the recognition as it examines revenue and profit results as well as requiring a company to maintain or improve its DP Credit Rating.
